Rate Policy:

1. The rates overleaf are in INR and are net non-commissionable. All room rates are exclusive of 12.5% luxury tax on published tariff These are subject to change as per government policies.

Arrival & Departure Policy:
Check-in: 12 Noon
Check- out 10 Noon

Early check-in is subject to availability. For guaranteed early check-in, room to be reserved from the previous night. Rooms are held until 6 pm on the day of arrival unless guaranteed by deposit.

We will provide heater on request @500 per night if require.

Cancellation Policy:

(In case of cancellation of booking prior to the arrival the following charges will be levied)
Before 21 days – No cancellation fee and advance will be adjusted in the future
booking.
Between 21 to 16 days – 25% will be charged and advance will be adjusted in the
future booking.
Between 15 to 08 days – 50% will be charged and advance will be adjusted in the
future booking.
Less than 07 days – Full retention will be charged.

Guarantee Policy:
All bookings must be guaranteed at the time of reservation by advance payment by Net Banking.

Child Policy:
One child under 5 years of age can stay in the parent’s rooms free of charge.

Photo Identity:
All Guests are requested to produce the Government Approved photo identity card for Indian Nationals and Valid Passport and Visa for Foreign Nationals upon Arrival.
